Leadership Team
This is an informal team that consists of the members of the
Shepherding and
Serving Teams, as well as other key ministry
leaders in the church. It meets “as needed” to assist
the Shepherd Team with a broader perspective on issues and to assist in
communicating to the whole church family. The following are principles that
all Leadership Team members have agreed upon.
1. We are committed to personally and corporately exalting
Jesus Christ.
2. We are committed to penetrating into the community of Cheyenne.
3. We are committed to providing the facilities and staff necessary to lead
those who attend Berean into a mature, whole life Christian lifestyle.
4. We are committed to individual mentoring and small group ministry.
5. We are committed to exercising faith in accomplishing our goals.
6. We are committed to being responsive to God’s unique leading for CBC.
7. We are willing to have the other team members hold us accountable for
these commitments.
